Our mission is to deliver your Cake Pops promptly in the freshest condition. That is why we ship on Monday and Tuesday only. Cake Pops are made to order and are processed within three business days after the date the order is placed.
The Cake Pop Shoppe cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control including heavy holiday shipping schedules, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, or other delays due to the shipper. Please ensure that your recipients address is correct, as we reserve the right to charge any additional costs from the shipper to the Customer as a result of incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
We will also not be responsible for Cake Pops being damaged or delayed
due to weather, or the product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures. The recipient should be informed by the ordering Customer that a perishable shipment is on the way and/or ensure that someone will be at that address to claim the delivery once it is completed. If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to resolve the matter.
